WE4YOU is a Charitable Trust committed towards empowering individuals with disabilities. We are also dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities through inclusive education, skill development, hands on training on assistive technologies, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. Founded in 2010 with the vision of building an accessible and equitable society, WE4YOU has been at the forefront of social innovation, awareness building, and community transformation ever since.

Our initiatives span a wide range of impactful domains from running skill development training centers for the visually and hearing impaired, to developing and providing assistive technologies such as audio textbooks, GPS-based safety devices, and tactile watches. We manage assistive device libraries and supply essential assistive devices to beneficiaries, ensuring greater independence and accessibility. Through our digital platform BeMyScribe, we connect volunteer scribes with those in need, and we actively promote inclusive sports through the nationally recognized Charitable Corporate Cricket League.

With the strategic support of our CSR partners and the dedicated volunteers, WE4YOU continues to address real-world challenges through compassion, innovation, and collaboration. Our initiatives such as Audiobook, Ability Bazaar, BeMyScribe, and our Odisha's first and only Assistive Devices Library for the individuals with disability exemplify our commitment to reshaping the narrative around disability in Odisha, India. We also work extensively to support individuals with speech and hearing impairments as well as those with locomotor disabilities, ensuring inclusive opportunities and accessible solutions for all.
