Our Value

WE4YOU is one of the finest examples of “Where there is a will there is a way”, WE4YOU came into existence as efforts of 4 youngsters in their early twenties. While all of them had different aims and objectives in their lives they had one aspiration in common to provide a better future to the children with disabilities.

Without much thought the team started and now after 10 years it has become a full-fledged NGO with a huge volunteer base all working towards a common goal. Even though the team has diversified volunteer base they are all united by the zeal to do something to make a difference in the lives of these underprivileged children.

Humility

Making a real social impact is only possible if one keeps complacence at bay. Team We4You works with complete humility, focusing on the activity rather than basking.

Passion

Passion is the fuel that has driven us all the way, from a group of like-minded students to a holistic youth NGO. Passion runs through our veins, steering ahead our organization to achieve further impetus.

Integrity

For any welfare organization to succeed, possessing strong moral principles is an absolute must. Honesty and Transparency go hand in hand with success.

Innovation

Once we get out of our comfort zone and think out of the box, magic happens. Projects helmed based on innovation work best at achieving results.

Inclusion

Welfare programs cannot be confined to organizations alone. Inclusiveness of family, society, government departments and volunteers, corporate and so on, is a must for all of We4You’s endeavors.

Empathy

Working with underprivileged sections of society calls for the ability to share and understand their feelings. Only then can we work towards their upliftment.

Simplicity

Simplicity goes hand in hand with efficiency. The simpler our processes, the more effective they are in bringing a positive change in the lives of the needy.

Compassion

Compassion is, in fact, the seed, which has germinated into the beautiful plant called We4You. Humanity cannot thrive a single day without compassion.
