Founded in 2010, WE4YOU is a registered charitable trust dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and uplifting marginalized communities. Through inclusive education, skill development, assistive technologies, and sustainable livelihood initiatives, we work to create an accessible and equitable society. With the support of CSR partners and volunteers, our impactful programs including Audiobook, Ability Bazaar, BeMyScribe, and Odisha’s first Assistive Devices Library are reshaping the narrative around disability. We are committed to fostering dignity, independence, and equal opportunities for individuals with visual, speech, hearing, and locomotor impairments.
Our Initiatives
“WE4YOU” manages regular activities on PwD empowerment, skill development training, technical awareness, livelihood empowerment of PwDs etc.

The Audio books provide syllabus-based educational content in accessible audio formats for visually impaired learners, promoting inclusive education.

WE4YOU provides assistive devices for visually impaired individuals, promoting independence, accessibility, and a better quality of life.

Be My Scribe is an initiative that connects compassionate volunteers with visually impaired students who need assistance during their exams.
Ability Expo
WE4YOU's Ability Expo connects persons with disabilities directly to employers, offering on-spot job opportunities and inclusive hiring support.
Ability Bazaar
Ability Bazar is a pioneering online e-commerce platform dedicated to marketing and selling products created by Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
Financial Support For Education
Every child with a disability deserves the gift of education. We provide financial support to empower these children to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams.
Tactile Books
Touch-based images aiding visually impaired students' accessibility and independent learning through sensory exploration in various categories.
